Can I return my merchandise? Your satisfaction is important to us. With the exception of personalized products, fabric and wallpaper, your order may be returned if you notify us within 14 days of order receipt. All items must be new and unopened. We will refund the purchase amount, minus any shipping charges you paid. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for your purchase. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We are happy to provide an electronic return label at your cost. To initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com. All fabric by the yard and wallpaper are custom made upon order receipt and cannot be returned unless they are deemed defective by our staff or damaged during shipping. Please notify us within 7 days of order receipt if there is a defect or damage and we will happily exchange or refund your order.
All domestic orders are shipped USPS, UPS or Fedex with tracking, depending on the item. It is our goal to keep your shipping costs down, therefore we use various carriers to get the best rates possible per item. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order ships and if you set up an account, you can login to track your order at any time.
Important - All carriers are experiencing delays due to Covid-19. These delays are beyond our control. Once the product leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for the shipment.
Canadian Orders are shipped USPS via Canada Post. Please note - we are not responsible for any import duties or taxes.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE DOESN'T SHOW MOVEMENT WHEN TRACKED?Contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number.
WHAT If MY PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED BUT IS LOST/MISSING?
If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you to take the following steps:
1. Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there.
2. Reach out to your local post office, UPS, OR FEDEX.
3. Contact our team at email@example.com and include your order number.
If a package is lost, we are unable to assume responsibility once it is marked as delivered.
