Can I order fabric samples before purchasing a large quantity? Of course! Our 9" x 9" fabric samples are available for $2.00 each. Need a larger sample, but not quite a yard? Please send us an email and we will be happy to help.

CARE & CLEANING
How do I care for my pillows? We recommend spot cleaning only. We cannot take responsibility for product damage from dry cleaning or machine washing.
Can I return my merchandise? Your satisfaction is important to us. With the exception of fabric and wallpaper, your order may be returned if you notify us within 14 days of order receipt. All items must be new and unopened. We will refund the purchase amount, minus any shipping charges you paid. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for your purchase. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We are happy to provide an electronic return label at your cost. To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All fabric by the yard and wallpaper are custom made upon order receipt and cannot be returned unless they are deemed defective by our staff or damaged during shipping. Please notify us within 7 days of order receipt if there is a defect or damage and we will happily exchange or refund your order.
All orders are shipped UPS or USPS, depending on the item. It is our goal to keep your shipping costs down, therefore we use both services to get the best rates possible per item. Personalized items ship within 7-10 business days. For other merchandise, check each item's description for turnaround times. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order ships and if you set up an account, you can login to track your order at any time.
